1.   Fall Big Brew report

By all reports, everyone’s Vienna Lager is doing well

2.   Tee Shirt Update

Color: Natural

Style: CCLAMS Logo on the front, slogan, “I dig good beer” on the back.

Cost: $10 a piece with small profit going into the club kitty.

3.   The Tale of the till… Dues, Big Brew and the Belgian Beer Fest

As of the 6 December meeting, we have 17 dues paying members and $200 in the bank.

Much to Rocco and Nunzio’s sorrow, no one owes for big brew.

By all reports, the Belgian Beer fest was a rippin’ good time.

New Business

1.     Bruce Stott

Sam Adams Longshot winner Bruce Shott joined us for the December meeting.  Boston Beer will be brewing his Dortmund Export to be included in a mixed 6 pack with the 2 other Longshot winners. Bruce has been home brewing for the last 10 years.  He currently brews 10 gallon, all-grain batches using his picnic cooler mash tun.

2.     CCLAM BOY

Congratulations to Jay Davies, CCLAMS Brewer of the Year!  The club will be brewing Jay’s winning recipe for this spring’s Big Brew.
